Across all projects, IRDMS placed strong emphasis on institutional strengthening. By building capacities of SHGs, FPOs, and community committees, grassroots governance improved significantly. Participatory planning and training enhanced ownership, accountability, and sustainability. Women emerged as leaders in decision-making and collective enterprises.
